Sherman made 13 in total, but had ten 3-pointers in the first half alone. Their prolific shooting helped them take a 40-20 lead into the halftime break.
Ryan Robson had the best shooting performance of the game, finishing with 22 points on 7-of-13 shooting including 5-of-9 from beyond the 3-point arc. Andrew Graham had a full day as well with 14 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 assists. He made 4 of his 10 attempts from 3-point territory.
Batavia Notre Dame showed great resiliency to battle back, but couldn't get enough offense to carry them to victory. Josh Johnson had a team-high 16 points while Tim McCulley was right behind him with 15 points and 11 rebounds. Caleb Nellis also had 10 points.
Sherman will take on Coleman Catholic of Section IX in the Class D semifinals. That game is slated for a 10:00am tipoff on Friday, March 14th from the Glens Falls Civic Center.
