Rush-Henrietta Win at Fairport to Stay Unbeaten

Watts scores 27 to push Royal Comets to 10-0
Rush-Henrietta is clearly now one of the top teams in Section V, thanks to an impressive 61-54 road win at Fairport that moved the Royal Comets to 10-0 this season.

R-H junior forward Dana Watts had a game-high 27 points after going 13-14 from the free-throw line. Emily Nestler was 2nd in scoring for the Royal Comets with 13 points. Zana Dillard had 10 points and was the only other R-H player in double figures.

As for Fairport, Maddie Howe had a team-high 18 points. Caroline White had 14 while Alyssa Rusinko chipped in 11 in the loss. Fairport falls to 5-6.
