Local high school students combined their love of science and technology Sunday morning at the 10th Annual Rochester Rally at the Penfield High School.

Twenty two teams spent five weeks building robots. Sunday the teams had to score as many balls as possible during a two minute and thirty second match. The main focus is to inspire kids to pursue a career in science.

"Besides the fact that it is bringing us into future careers we also meet a lot of new people and talk to different kids from different teams in different areas," participant Ciana Robertson said.

Students look forward to building different robots for this event each year.
