Nathan Barnett is a member of the world-famous Yale Whiffenpoofs. This is video of him performing earlier this year. The Whiffenpoofs are the nation's oldest and best known a cappella group. Every year, Yale University selects 14 senior men to travel the world with this prestigious group. Nathan is a 2010 graduate of Rush Henrietta High School.

"It's exciting," Barnett said. "I'm really proud to share my home with all these guys and excited to bring my music home to my friends and family. A lot of my friends are coming out and I'm happy people in Rochester will hear it."

News 8 highlighted Nathan in May 2010 as part of the Scholastic Arts Spotlight. Nathan is studying music at Yale and plans on a career conducting and composing music. He will resume his studies at Yale after his tour with the Whiffenpoofs.
