Jorge King-Hernandez, 33, was shot inside his car just after 9 p.m. Thursday. Police say King-Hernandez was driving along Upper Falls Boulevard when he stopped at a red light at the Hudson Avenue intersection. Investigators say a sedan pulled up to his car and someone shot him. The suspects fled while the victim's car rolled into a fence. King-Hernandez was taken to Rochester General Hospital where he later died. No arrests have been made.
