The popular Ganondagon Native American Winter Games took place Saturday at Victor Municipal Park, despite the powerful winds.

There were dog sled demonstrations, Iroquois storytelling, a traditional game of snow-snake and 17th century artisan demonstrations.

"We really want to show what it was like for the Native American people during the winter times," executive director Meg Joseph said. "They were active and outdoorsy and there was a lot of activity."

The community loves to get out and enjoy the Native American games every year.
