OTB Calls For Ethics Probe Into Seneca's Proposed Henrietta Casino

OTB says the developer involved with the proposed casino project has violated state law.
OTB says the developer involved with the proposed casino project in Monroe County has violated state law.

OTB has filed a complaint against developer David Flaum and the Seneca Nation of Indians. The corporation claims Flaum took a job on the condition that the employer pay a fee to the Seneca Nation. The alleged move is a violation of the New York State Lobbying Act. Late last year, the Senecas announced a plan to construct a casino in the town of Henrietta. The announcement has drawn much controversy.

The Joint Commission on Public Ethics will now look into the complaint.
