A new poll shows a majority of New York voters are in favor of medical marijuana and marijuana for personal use.

The Quinnipiac University poll shows 88 percent of voters support medical marijuana. Only nine percent oppose it. When it comes to recreational use, 57 percent support legalizing small amounts. Thirty-nine percent do not support it. Meantime, nearly 14 million visitors explored Denver in 2012, making tourism the second largest industry in the city.
