Rattlers Drop Home Finale to Ohio

Machine score game's final four goals in 17-15 win
After crawling back to take a 2-goal lead with six minutes to play, the Rochester Rattlers gave up the game's final four goals, en route to a 17-15 loss at Sahlen's Stadium to the Ohio Machine.

The Rattlers have already secured a spot in the playoffs, but a win on Saturday night would have secured the top seed in the MLL Playoffs.

Rochester was led by Dave Lawson's four goals and one assist. He scored the Rattlers final goal with 6:18 remaining. Ohio's Marcus Holman broke a franchise record with six goals. He also added two assists for the Machine.

The Rattlers can still secure one of the top two seeds with a win at Boston in the regular-season finale. The Denver Outlaws have the tiebreaker with Rochester if both teams are tied after the season's final game.
