St. John Fisher Breaks Ground on New Science Building

New building is state of the art.
Shovels hit the dirt today for a brand new building at Saint John Fisher college.  A ceremony was held for the "integrated science and health sciences" building.  It's a 31,000 square foot state of the art design.  It will include two 100 seat learning spaces, teaching labs, a prep room and faculty offices.

Donald Bain, president of St. John Fisher, said, "We have a very strong belief that part of our job is to help men and women build lives, and create careers and then serve the community. And i think the turn out today, the people who have been so supportive of the college and what's it has done is really a tribute to that."

The project costs around $14 million dollars and should be complete by fall 2015.
