Super Bowl Week Kicks Off with Team Arrivals

Broncos arrive first before Seahawks
Super Bowl Week is now underway in the Meadowlands and New York City. Both the Denver Broncos and Seattle Seahawks arrived today by private jet. John Kucko is also at MetLife Stadium for a week of coverage before, during, and after Super Bowl XLVIII.

The Broncos arrived first around 5:00. A lot of firsts will be broken should the Broncos win on Sunday. John Fox is looking for his first Super Bowl ring and Peyton Manning is trying to become the first quarterback to win a Super Bowl with different teams.

"There's no doubt this team has been through a lot and a lot of injuries. I even went away for a month. It has been a pretty tough mind-set football team, and we're excited about this opportunity," said Broncos head coach John Fox.

Seattle showed up around 8:00. The Seahawks are the first team since the 1990 Bills to not have a single player on their roster who has been in a Super Bowl before.

Seattle safety Earl Thomas added "I think everybody has the right mind frame. That's been like that since OTAs, camp. Everybody had the same vision. That's why we've come so far."
