Two men are being charged with arson after Rochester police say they both set fires during two separate domestic disputes.

Ronnie Oliver, 17, is charged with Arson for setting a fire that damaged an apartment building on William Warfield Dr.

Fire Crews say they were called to the townhouse on August 7th around 11:30am when flames were coming out of the building. The 2nd floor apartment had a lot of damage and the tenants had to stay somewhere else. No one was injured. Investigators say the fire was started during a domestic dispute.

Steven Nnamani, 35, is also charged with arson.

Investigators say Nnamani set fire to an enclosed porch on a home on Brooks Ave. during a domestic dispute. No one was injured in that fire either.
