Two Men Stabbed In Fight on Thurston Road

Two men were hospitalized early Saturday morning after they were stabbed during a fight on Thurston Road.
Two men were hospitalized early Saturday morning after they were stabbed during a fight on Thurston Road.

The incident occurred around 2:15 a.m. Saturday at 372 Thurston Road.

Lieutenant LaRon Singletary of the Rochester Police Department said that officers responded to a report of a fight and upon arrival they found a 38 year-old man at the scene with a minor laceration to his neck. He was treated at St. Mary's Hospital.

A 30 year-old man was located at Strong Memorial Hospital where he was treated for stab wound to the upper torso. Singletary said both injuries are considered to be non life-threatening.

Investigators believe there was an altercation between several people near the Thurston Road address when both victims were stabbed. There are no suspects in custody and the investigation is ongoing.
