A judge has ruled that the West Brighton Fire Department must turn over thousands of dollars to the town.
A judge has ruled that the West Brighton Fire Department must turn over thousands of dollars to the town.

It comes after the two ended their contract back in August 2012. Despite the termination, the department refused to turn over its property and funds as required under the contract. That included nearly $400,000 plus the firehouse on West Henrietta Road. Now the fire department must turn over all money and any real and personal property to the town of Brighton.
