Fitness expert Jodi Stern of Pilates Plus discussed some tips for a great fall workout Tuesday on News 8 at Sunrise.

Stern said it's a great time of year to enjoy the outdoors and get a healthy boost.  She recommended layering clothing so that you can those layers off as you warm up.  As the ground firms up, she also said it's important to adjust your workout so your body doesn't feel added stress.
