SEASON SNOW: 86.3"
FRIDAY SUNRISE: 6:37 AM
FRIDAY SUNSET: 6:07 PM
A strong area of high pressure centered just to the north of us that aided in the record breaking cold this morning will provide us with plenty of sun and a warming trend Friday! After a cold night tonight with lows in the low teens early, but rising some late, we will be in store for a well deserved taste of spring to end the week! A southerly flow on the backside of the aforementioned high pressure system will deliver low 40s air to WNY for Friday afternoon! Whoo-hoo! A cold front will come through Saturday and set us up for a weekend that will turn colder with a little snow shower activity developing Saturday, followed by brisk winds and some lake snows Saturday night into Sunday. Highs will go from 35 to 40 Saturday to the 20s Sunday, with a brisk wind both days, especially Sunday. Stay tuned.
TONIGHT: Mainly clear and cold, but not nearly as cold as last night, plus readings should rise late.
LOW: 13 (Rising Late)
FRIDAY: Breezy and turning much milder under a pretty good deal of sunshine!
SATURDAY: Mostly cloudy with a few snow showers developing, possibly mixed with rain at the onset.
HIGH: 36 (Falling)
SUNDAY: Colder with clouds and a few flakes.
