FRIDAY SUNSET: 7:11 PM
A strong Canadian high continues to protect us on this Friday, but eventually the cold front over the Central Great Lakes will win out and produce more clouds, some rain and a few storms late Friday night and especially Saturday. Highs on this Friday with a good deal of sun for much of the day, and a gusty southwest wind should make 80 to 85 with a bit of a muggy feel too. The cold front will pass through the region from west to east later in the afternoon and it will be followed by an October feel for Sunday with intervals of sun, brisk northwest winds and a few scattered showers off Lake Ontario. Temperatures will go from the low 70s for the last full day of summer Saturday to the upper 50s to around 60 on Sunday, as we officially kick off autumn late Sunday afternoon @ 4:44PM. More great weather appears to be ahead for the first week of fall next week! Stay tuned for updates.
TODAY: Windy, warm and a little muggy with increasing clouds late.
TONIGHT: Breezy and summery with some rain/storm late.
SATURDAY: Periods of rain/storm, heavy at times, breezy and cooler.
