The Fringe Festival returns to Rochester September 19-28.

The Fringe Festival is a multi-arts festival, a celebration of creativity.  Fringe Festival Producer Erica Fee discussed the event Monday on News 8 at Noon.

Fee said this year's festival is expanded from 5 to 10 days and will have 360 performances, twice as many as last year's inaugural event.  Among the headliners are Bandaloop, the Magic Crystal Spiegeltent, Cirque du Fringe and comedians Marc Maron and Dave Barry.

Performances will take place at 28 venues across Rochester and include both national and local talent.

There are 120 free shows, including Bandaloop.  For information on all the performances, and to purchase tickets, click here.
