Gov. Cuomo: 4 Dead, 63 Injured Following NYC Train Derailment

A train derailed in the Bronx early Sunday.
Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced at least four people are death and more than sixty people are injured after a train derailed in New York City.

According to CBS News, the Metro North train derailed on a curved section of the tracks in the Bronx.

The front car almost landed in the Hudson and Harlem Rivers.

Two cars landed on their side.

Gov. Cuomo announced the deaths at a news conference at the scene of the crash.

He states authorities believe everyone has been accounted for.

The seven car passenger train was headed southbound from Poughkeepsie to Grand Central Station.
