The world's richest man believes there will be almost no poor countries by 2035. Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates says most countries will have higher per person income by 2035 than China does now. He made the prediction in the annual Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation letter. 

The list of the 25 worst passwords of 2013 is out and there is a change at the top. Time Magazine reports that "123456" now outranks "password" as the worst possible password. Other horrible passwords including "111111" and "I love you." SplashData, the company that gathers this information, says that you should never base your password on the sites you use. 

Despite laws to keep consumers informed about their credit score, many still do not get it. The 2011 Dodd-Frank Act requires lenders to inform consumers who are declined cred or given less favorable terms and explain the decision. Credit lenders say only about 10 percent of their customers fully understand the two-digit reason code system used in the explanations. Analysts say the codes often use confusing terminology and are too short.
