Jerrell Henry, 28, is charged with first degree murder. Investigators say he shot and killed Chun last February. They believe Henry murdered the professor inside her Hazelwood Terrace home before dumping her body in Tryon Park. Henry's girlfriend, Natalie Johnson, 27, was convicted of murder last month. She will be sentenced on December 18th.
