Humane Society investigators have charged Barbara Galbraith, 64, with failure to provide sustenance to her horses. Galbraith owns and operates Rodney Farms in Scottsville. Investigators seized five horses from the farm. The horses were visibly emaciated. On one visit, it was discovered that the horses did not have access to drinking water.

Galbraith will appear in Wheatland Town Court on September 16th to answer to the charges. She faces up to a year in jail and a $1,000 fine.
