Rochester police are searching for a suspect who stabbed a man late Saturday.
Rochester police are searching for a suspect who stabbed a man on the city's northeast side.

Police responded to the call around 11:10 p.m. Saturday.

Upon arrival, police found a male victim, 33, at 360 Dunn Street with stab injuries.

According to witnesses, the male suspect was found on the victim's residence occupying his vehicle.

When confronted, the suspect cut the victim with a knife, which left non-life threatening but significant injuries.

The suspect fled the scene after the incident but returned shortly after and broke into the victim's house, which other family members occupied.

He fled again before police arrived.

The victim was transported by a private vehicle to Rochester General Hospital.

The suspect is still at large.

No further information was released.
