"Me and Jezebel" comes to Blackfriars Theatre

The comedy "Me and Jezebel" hits the stage Friday night at the Blackfriars Theatre in Rochester.
The comedy "Me and Jezebel" hits the stage Friday night at the Blackfriars Theatre in Rochester.

Written by Elizabeth Fuller, it chronicles the real life encounter of Fuller with actress Bette Davis in the summer of 1985, when Davis spent a month in the Fuller family home.

Master female impersonators provide the laughs for this production.  Ed Popil plays Fuller and Tom Smalley plays Davis.  The comedy will be on stage through November 2.
