A veteran Monroe County Sheriff deputy has been arrested and charged for drunk driving under Leandra's law.

Robert Glazier, 48, was pulled over by Livingston County Sheriff deputies on September 7th on I-390 in the town of Avon. Officials say the sheriff's office received multiple calls for an erratic driver. Glazier was driving with an 11-year-old in the car. Records show he refused a breathalyzer test. He posted bail after arraignment in York Town Court. He will return to Avon Town Court on October 15th.

Glazier has chosen to resign from the Monroe County Sheriff's office. He was a deputy for 27 years.
