A year after the Safe Act was signed into law, gun advocates say it has had little effect. Gun shop owner Kordell Jackson said the law has hurt his sales. He's no longer able to sell assault rifles, which cost anywhere from $1,000 to $4,000. Gun advocates say the law has had no real results and they will continue to fight to get it repealed. Two more provisions of the Safe Act go into effect tomorrow.
