The group "Pianos for Peace" is known for delivering 11 pianos to different neighborhoods throughout the city.

The pianos were painted by local artist, children and other members of the community.

Saturday, the pianos were collected for a piano park on the grounds of the Gandhi Institute for non-violence on South Avenue.

Many attendees came out to either play or listen to some of the wonderfully inspired music.

Organizers for the event say the "Pianos for Peace" was definitely a hit this past summer and they are still looking for good homes for some of the pianos left in the park.
