Rodney Miller turned up evidence that prosecutors used to convict Rose Chase on murder in the death of her missing husband Adam. Rose pushed Adam down the basement stairs in their Stanley home, hid his body and then burned it. Miller says he will challenge longtime incumbent Sheriff Phil Povero in the November election.
