RCSD To See New Advisory Committees

There are new provisions to help the Rochester City School District.
There are new provisions to help the Rochester City School District.

The Board of Education has created four advisory committees to take a closer look at four key issues. They include improving student achievement, parent engagement, student and community safety and concentration on poverty. Students, parents and community leaders will examine the issues and then present recommendations and funding priorities to the school board. The hope is to have the proposals in place by early March and include them in the next budget.
