Re-Vote Scheduled For Irondequoit Library Project

Irondequoit residents will vote again on the proposed centralized library project in December.
Irondequoit residents will vote again on the proposed centralized library project in December.

The town board scheduled the re-vote for Saturday, December 14th. The plan for the $13 million project was passed last April, but some opponents gained enough signatures to issue a re-vote. Opponents say the town did not wait for an environmental assessment to be completed. There is only one polling place- at Christ the King Church located at 445 Kings Highway South. Polls will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
