The State Attorney General's office says a Rochester man lied about his jobs and stole thousands of dollars in Medicaid.

Shamil Tadros pleaded guilty to fraud charges. State attorneys say Tadros posed as a licensed optometrist with a practice at various shops across the county. But the investigation determined that Tadros never received such a license. Attorneys say Tadros got away with over $116,000 from health insurance companies and state funds over the last 13 years. Tadros will be sentenced June 23rd.
