WEB FORECAST: SUNSHINE WILL DEVELOP TODAY

It will turn sunny later this morning & especially this afternoon as high pressure builds in from the west. Temperatures will rise from near record cold to around 40 later this afternoon, which is a good 15 to 20 degrees colder than average!

APRIL PRECIPITATION: 2.04" RAIN

WEDNESDAY SUNRISE:  6:27 AM

WEDNESDAY SUNSET:  7:54 PM

High pressure is in the process of building in and will end the lake flakes this morning and produce a lot more blue sky and sunshine for the late morning and afternoon today.  Highs will be more representative of early March, though, instead of the middle of April with highs only around 40, and a brisk breeze will blow making it feel colder at times!  The area of high pressure building in today will thankfully stick around through the end of the week with a warming trend expected after today!

Thursday the air should recover nicely into the mid 50s under a fair amount of sunshine after a chilly start, and come Good Friday we should feel highs rise to near 60 under fading sunshine.  Will the nice weather stick around for the Easter Weekend??  Stay tuned to News 8 throughout the week for updates.
